Abroad and loving it
re: Somerville
So, I realize that by not being abroad, I'm missing out on experiencing other cultures, drinking legally, partying, travelling über-cheap, etc. But by not being in America, you are missing THIS-- but don't worry, I'm so nice that I posted it on LJ so that you don't have to miss it anymore!

Anyway, kidding aside, I hope you are all having an awesome time in Europe (and the DR) and I miss you all! Oh, and Bridget... THANK YOU!!! You are amazing. So's the cake.

OMGz I'm in:: my living room... back in the U.S. and A.

The premise of the episode is that Cartman can't wait three weeks for the Nintendo Wii (in case you haven't heard of it in Prague... new gaming system, came out at the same time as the PS3) and he freezes himself in an attempt to make the time go faster. He wakes up 500 years in the future, and discovers that the world has been separated into 3 warring atheist factions, one of whom is the Sea Otters. There's some more stuff about science, evolution, and Mr. Garrison, but that's the basic premise. (It's on Youtube if you wanna see the episode-- it's called Go God Go, parts I and II.) There is also this gem from the sea otters: "But the humans are not reasonable! Why would they eat off tables when they have perfectly good TUMMIES?"
